Return & Refund Policy

FOUND. pieces are chosen and made with intention — but if something isn't right, we want to make it easy to fix.

Return window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return: Contact us at doaa.jodat@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

 

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

قطع FOUND. مختارة ومصنوعة بعناية — لكن إذا وصلك شي مو مطابق لتوقعاتك، نبي نسهّل عليك حل المشكلة.

مدة الإرجاع: يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال القطعة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وبحالتها الأصلية مع بقاء البطاقات (التاغ).

طريقة الإرجاع: تواصلي معنا على doaa.jodat@gmail.com مع ذكر رقم الطلب، وبنوضح لك الخطوات.

استرجاع المبلغ يتم لنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5-10 أيام عمل من استلامنا القطعة المرتجعة.
